Lieutenant Colonel Robert A. Sims is the Director for Information Technology for Headquarters Southeast Region. As director he is responsible for the coordination and integration of a wide range of information handling activities within the Southeast Region through the means of current computer based technologies. These include the formulation of information policy, interface design, evaluation and integration of effective information systems and services, the exploitation of information technology, and the integration of internal and external data.
